about an activity that you believe would pose a risk to the health or
well being of animals utilized in Purdue programs, it is your personal
responsibility to address this concern.

Normally
the first step in addressing a concern is to speak to the individuals
involved or to your supervisor regarding the concern.

Whenever
these initial actions do not correct the concern to your satisfaction,
it is your personal responsibility to report the concern
to PACUC or LAP.
